I work with a great team at Xerox. Every day we rally around the same goal – to deliver high-quality products and solutions that satisfy the needs of resellers and help them better serve their customers. So it’s a good – no, great – day when we hear back from resellers that our commitment is helping them grow their business.
Last night we celebrated that Xerox was named “Company of the Year” and “Overall Winner” in the workgroup color printers category of Everything Channel’s CRN Magazine, a leading industry publication and website for value-added resellers, solution providers and other channel professionals.
Winning the CRN Annual Report Card is particularly sweet for us because it represents the opinion of our solutions providers who gave Xerox top scores for support and partnership, surpassing all competitors.
I am confident this year’s vote of confidence is motivated by our partner community’s resounding endorsement of the new PagePack 3.0 managed print services tools and partner training we brought to market. We realize customers are making a critical change, moving from capital expenses to operational expenses and are working hard to equip our partners for a successful migration.
So a big thank you to the channel for sharing your feedback. We know solution providers have more access to products and services than ever before and hope to continue to surpass your expectations – it’s what keeps my team motivated.
