Happy Healthcare Clients Keep Xerox Best in KLAS: Celebrating Healthy Customer Satisfaction

By Scott Mingee, group president, Xerox Healthcare Provider Solutions

It’s no secret that when making purchasing decisions – in nearly every industry – consumers talk to their peers first. So when we hear Xerox customers are telling other customers that we provided the best technology, the best service, and the best overall experience, naturally, we celebrate. I’m referring to the fact that for its annual “Best in KLAS” healthcare software and professional services awards, KLAS research conducted more than 19,000 interviews with thousands of hospitals and physician practices to measure performance of healthcare vendors in meeting their expectations during every phase of the buying process – from sales and implementation, to service and support. According to the report, 100 percent of Xerox clients would buy again in the following categories; Quality Management, Other Implementation, Planning and Assessment, Staff Augmentation and Technical Services.Happy Healthcare Clients Keep Xerox Best in KLAS: Celebrating Healthy Customer Satisfaction

And let’s be honest, celebrate and healthcare can be hard to find in the same sentence these days. Healthcare leaders are hard at work, focused on striking a delicate balance between tightening budgets and the need to invest in, manage, and adopt rapidly developing technology. Xerox is helping them find and keep that balance – having earned the coveted “Best in KLAS” award with another vendor in the Partial IT Outsourcing category and ranking highest in the Financial ERP Implementation category four of the past five years.[1]

With the economic landscape and reform requirements looming, these leaders are also scrutinizing every dollar spent for proof of impact on quality and efficiency of patient care. To this end, Xerox Midas+ software products are helping over 1500 hospitals manage, measure and monitor care delivery, spurring critical improvements in safety, efficiency,  quality, even disease management. As a result, KLAS recognizes Midas+ as the leading performer in the Quality Management Software category.

Recognition like this fuels our passion because feedback comes from those who matter most – our customers. So as we start a New Year, we’d like to thank our valued customers who took the time to submit candid feedback to KLAS. This momentum will propel us to continue striving to be the most innovative, comprehensive and capable healthcare solutions provider in 2013 and beyond.
