Can Your Organization Transform – in a Good Way?

By Ben Rand, Global Communications manager for Xerox

What’s the secret to unleashing the power of your organization to capture the opportunities offered in an age of technological change?

That was the question contemplated this week at the 2015 Simple@Work conference in London, sponsored by Xerox and attended by executives from across the world.

Is Business Process Services the next big outsourcing wave? Adrian Bridgwater shares his insights from Simple@ Work. His article is posted on Inside Analysis.

“Our defining core is the premise that technology can produce transformative change, enabling businesses and people to accomplish more than anyone could have imagined two or three decades ago,” CEO Ursula Burns (photo, above) told the audience.

Ursula’s keynote address set the theme for the day, and gave examples of how Xerox helps customers navigate a new world in health care, transportation, human resources and other markets.

Attendees also heard inspirational advice and insights from a range of thought leaders, including Sir Ken Robinson, an internationally recognized leader in the development of creativity, innovation and human resources in education and in business; Baroness Joanna Shields, digital economy adviser to United Kingdom Prime Minister David Cameron; and Mark Thompson, CEO and co-founder of Virgin Unite Mentors, Sir Richard Branson’s network for executive coaching and entrepreneurial innovation.
