“I look forward to your unique perspectives, which will help everyone forge new paths to better learning.” – Sanjay Parker, director of Thought Leadership for Xerox Global Learning Services

How “learners” access relevant, timely information to perform their jobs better is changing. Xerox Global Learning Services needs your help to conduct detailed research aimed at identifying the transformational learning delivery formats that showed significant performance results, as well as lessons learned from less successful programs. We are looking at organizations of every size and in every industry. We want to understand where you want to take your learning programs and what prevents you from getting there.

What Will We Do with the Research?

Ultimately, we want to showcase what’s possible in the world of learning delivery.

We will use this research to create an eBook that showcases how organizations create learning solutions that address their learners’ needs. It will also highlight what was learned from less-than-perfect attempts. Xerox Global Learning Services will also use your insights to create a tool that will help organizations make better decisions about training their workforces.

Take 20 minutes and tell us how learning happens in your organization. What works? What doesn’t work? How do you think the learning industry will change. Please register here; the survey will close on Friday, October 16, 2015.

Great, but What’s in it for Me?

If you complete this entire set of research questions and provide your email address, we will provide the results from the research, as well as a sneak peek at the eBook. Further, we will send you information about upcoming events that showcase the research, and information about how the data will be used. This will help you compare your organization to the benchmark companies that participated.

Please set aside about 20 minutes to share your story.

Thank you in advance for your participation.

For any Course there should be clear defination of subjects and their Targets.

Audio Visua (interactive)l learning is best because

    *I read and I forget

*I listen and I may forget

    *I see and I remember.

    The above things works better.

While explaining the Subject, related things should also be briefly explained so as to have better undestanding level.

Also there should be survey whether the the course was useful and will it help and enhance the candidates skill

also there should be frief squizing test to confirm the subject grasping level of the Learner.

    Thank you.
