In the wake of the largest product launch in Xerox history, the last several months have been a whirlwind, to say the least. If you weren’t one of the 2,000 customers and channel partners who had the opportunity to witness the launch of Xerox’s latest blur between physical and digital realms, here’s the highlights reel.

We kicked-off the Xerox Future of Work Global Tour, hosting customers and channel partners in a series of 16 launch events from New York City to London, and from Toronto to Milan, to bring to life the capabilities of our new ConnectKey “smart workplace assistants.” The feedback is overwhelmingly positive. The ability to use apps on your workplace device like you do on your other devices – and even build unique apps tailored to a particular business need – has extended the role of Xerox technology in the workplace. Addressing the need for security, reliability, mobility and a simple user experience is resonating with the modern office worker.

But don’t just take it from me. It’s our partners’ support and words of affirmation following the Future of Work Global Tour that makes me feel confident that Xerox is evolving the modern workplace.
“The conference demonstrates Xerox’s continued commitment to channel partners,” said Mark Elliot, president of 3i International. “They’ve made their full line of office, light production, managed print services and workflow automation offers available – giving us the potential to open whole new markets – and now it’s’ the time to exploit the opportunity.”
Said a channel partner from Tech Data: “We’re partnering with Xerox because they help resellers be first to market in the global revolution for digitized workplaces. It’s great to see Xerox trust resellers with the freedom to create their own apps and custom solutions.”
The Future of Work Experience Continues
Since customers responded so positively to the opportunity to interact with our ConnectKey technology and solutions, we’ve armed our channel partners with what they need to continue the Future of Work experience in their own markets. Pre-packed marketing kits and promotional assets help them customize the events and showcase the power of ConnectKey to their customers.
“Xerox has outfitted us with what we need to talk with customers and prospects about how today’s business world communicates, connects and works – and how we’re prepared to help them succeed,” said Josh Salkin, partner, EDGE Business Systems, the 2015 Xerox Dealer of the Year. “Since seeing the marketing materials from Xerox, we have held our own event. It was a huge success.”
This is certainly an exciting time for Xerox, and I’d be remiss not to recognize the hundreds of Xerox engineers, software developers, marketers and logistics coordinators who worked tirelessly to help pull-off this successful tour. It has been incredible to see their hard work come to life, and now our partners are bringing the experience to a venue near you.
