We celebrated a very happy holiday season in healthcare last week after earning high marks in the annual 2010 Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software and Professional Services report, including the coveted “Best in KLAS” distinction in the Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation and Technical Services categories.
Why is this such a big deal? Because the high marks come from those who matter most – our customers. KLAS conducted more than 17,000 interviews with thousands of hospitals and physician practices to measure service providers’ commitment to meeting customer expectations during every phase of the buying process – from sales and implementation, to service and support.
Our “Best in KLAS” recognition and the positive feedback from clients overall validates our leadership in healthcare services, and distinguishes the fact that we’re one of the companies setting the bar high when it comes to delivering exceptional service to healthcare providers. In fact, in several categories including Applications Hosting, Clinical Implementation and Other Implementation, 100 percent of clients interviewed said they would do business with us again.
Our first-place finish in the Technical Services and ERP categories and our top-five placement in Professional Services overall means we’re visionary problem solvers – we consult on a particular issue, and while we’re there improving one thing, we tend to identify several other efficiency and cost saving changes that will help the provider in the future. We’re experienced and resourceful, and we simplify our customers operations so that they can focus on their real business of exceptional patient care.
So, as we begin a New Year, we extend a big thank you to our valued customers who took the time to submit candid feedback to KLAS, and we maintain our focus on being “Best in KLAS” in all categories – making the most of excellent products and services with innovative solutions that meet the changing needs of the healthcare industry.
