Thank you for your trust, for your feedback, for your loyalty and for working in partnership with us every day.
In our personal lives, Valentine’s Day is a chance to take stock in our relationships – to step back and appreciate them, nurture them, even grow them. But in business, we can’t afford to wait for this one day to put our relationships front and center.
That’s why today is also a good time to recognize the employees who, like beloved Brother Dominic, don’t wait for a special occasion or meeting, they dedicate themselves every day to going the extra mile for customers.
Thank you to the Xerox people who know what makes our customers smile, who memorize what’s on customer wishlists for new product design …who even dream together with customers to find a solution to a unique problem that might change the future of how we work. Some employees, called ethnographers, even spend months embedded in customers’ offices, documenting exactly how they do their day-to-day work to help them find faster, smarter ways to get their work done.
On this day, when love is in the air, we wanted to make sure the people who make Xerox what it is today feel the love.
